Job Summary
Serve as the senior local marketing leader for a regional portfolio of Primrose Schools, providing expert counsel on strategy, channel mix, and investment allocation to Franchise Owners. Review and approve annual local marketing plans, track spend pacing, and deliver coaching through consultations and scalable resources. Ensure brand compliance across the region by identifying non-compliance risks and escalating patterns to leadership. Monitor performance data to connect marketing activity to enrollment outcomes, optimizing digital campaigns and sharing successful practices systemwide. Manage Field Marketing Managers to build core skills and lead special projects or new school openings. Represent the Local School Marketing function in cross-functional initiatives involving operations, brand, and paid media.
