Job Summary
Deliver inspiring New Hire Training and lead onboarding for incoming Managers, Fashion Expertise across the West & Hawaii region. Facilitate offsite Product and Service Expert Training sessions, ensuring regional attendance and tracking completion while addressing retention through targeted follow-up. Establish and monitor KPIs for advisor styling development, host US client-facing events, and actively contribute to client development goals. Shadow Managers in-boutique to evaluate training efficacy, synthesize performance data, and share insights with the Fashion Expertise Home Office to inform national strategy. Travel up to 70% of the time domestically with a minimum of three days in-person presence at the designated location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 Years Training and/or Organizational Development Experience
- Must be able to work independently and transparently
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to travel frequently across markets and boutiques within the region
- Travel—up to 70% of time (Domestic)
- Role requires a minimum of three days in-person presence at the designated location/office
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach others
- Recognized styling expertise
- A strong, confident fashion flair
- Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality
