Senior Manager - Facilities, Warehouse & Pre-analytic Operations

Senior Manager–Operations-MCL leads multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence and execution of plans for MCL Operations, coordinating with the Director-Operations-MCL on planning, budget, FTE, capital, and performance metrics. Responsibilities include staff management, policy implementation, project management, recruitment support, and collaboration across departments to drive operational success. Role requires travel (domestic and/or international) and is on-site in multiple locations. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and is a limited-tenure role created to support formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company and laboratory, with a transition to a permanent infrastructure position over time.
