Senior Manager Facilities and Network Resilience Initiative Delivery

Senior Manager – Facilities and Network Resilience Initiative Delivery leads the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of governance frameworks that support the resilience and performance of nbn’s network facilities. You will ensure that critical infrastructure across nbn network sites and third-party facilities, including exchanges, data centres, and field depots, remains compliant, reliable, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities. You will shape service delivery strategies, oversee operational performance, and embed consistent governance across internal teams and external partners, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and managed service providers to ensure alignment on standards, performance expectations, and resilience outcomes. Your leadership will uplift service capability and deliver meaningful outcomes that safeguard network resilience and workplace standards, fostering an empowered and high-performing team culture focused on accountability, curiosity, and impact.
