Senior Manager, Fabrication & Rebar Operations

Senior Manager responsible for the nationwide Fabrication and Rebar production and operations business development, overseeing fabrication and quality control, monitoring efficiency, and coordinating with Regional/District/Branch/Operations managers. Leads production and quality standards, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, manages inventory and staff development across multiple sites, and guides financial performance and budgeting within a manufacturing/construction ecosystem. Requires experience managing multiple sites, strong leadership, and ability to translate industry trends into process improvements; travel up to 20-50% and remote work from Colorado are supported.
