Job Summary
Own the CRO and experimentation roadmap for National University's website and digital experiences, defining strategies that improve user engagement and conversion based on prospective student behavior. Execute the complete testing lifecycle from hypothesis development to production rollout, proactively sourcing opportunities from analytics and UX research rather than operating as a request-driven queue. Analyze end-to-end student journeys to identify friction points, optimizing information architecture, navigation, and personalized content using behavioral insights and audience segmentation. Establish testing SLAs, QA standards, and governance practices while maintaining a repository of hypotheses and best practices to accelerate continuous improvement. Partner with Marketing, Enrollment, and Digital Analytics teams to leverage first-party data and emerging AI-driven personalization capabilities. Define and communicate KPIs including conversion velocity and incremental business impact through weekly status updates, monthly performance readouts, and quarterly executive reviews.
