Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of technical event production, including fabrication, audiovisual, and logistics for live events across multiple venues. Manage multi-stop tours with detailed planning for labor, heavy equipment safety, and vendor relationships spanning audio, lighting, and staging. Lead project execution from planning through day-of operations, creating production schedules, run-of-show documents, and reconciling budgets exceeding $500k. Collaborate with account teams to align client objectives, resolve concerns, and drive business development for new revenue opportunities. Provide leadership and professional development to project teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 4 – 7 years of relevant operations experience
- preferably in experiential, sports, or entertainment fields
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
