Senior Manager Executive Reward

Senior Manager in Executive Reward responsible for advising corporate functions (Board/Remuneration Committees, Tax, Finance, HR, Legal) on executive compensation—covering strategy, plan design, ESG target setting, governance, taxation, implementation, and communication. Work with multi-disciplinary PwC team to design incentive plans for listed and private companies, including merger/acquisition contexts, addressing tax optimization and alignment with business plans. Requires ability to deliver tailored written and oral advice in English and/or Dutch and to engage with senior stakeholders; ability to develop into an executive reward specialist. The team is international and client-facing, with opportunities to collaborate directly with principals and clients across a variety of industries.
