Senior Manager Executive Housekeeper - Excalibur

Senior Manager Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping department, providing direction and leadership aligned with the MGM Resorts brand. Responsible for achieving operational and financial goals, leading team performance, scheduling and training staff, and maintaining guest service standards to ensure high guest satisfaction. Oversees department-wide initiatives, coaching the leadership team to optimize performance, researching and implementing new products, services, standards, technology and processes, and ensuring adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Demonstrates commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee development while driving improvements in guest experience and department efficiency. Must be at least 21 years old with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of management experience in a similar hotel environment.
