Senior Manager, Events Marketing

Lead Visa AuNZPI’s B2B events workstream and coordinate internal business events in a hybrid role based in Sydney. Plan, execute and optimize Visa-led, partner-led and ecosystem events (conferences, trade shows, keynotes, launches, roundtables) with clear commercial objectives, defined audiences, and success criteria. Own end-to-end event program ownership from concept to follow-up, including calendar consolidation, client touchpoints, speaker and partner management, invitations, RSVP tracking, budgeting, vendor relations, and post-event analysis. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align event design with active and future pipeline opportunities, drive demand generation and pipeline contribution, and measure success using defined metrics and ROI. Maintain content creation (speakers/content), manage procurement (POs, payments), and provide leadership visibility on valuable events vs. investments. The role emphasizes hybrid in-office expectations with collaboration across a Technology/FinTech environment and cross-functional teams.
