Job Summary
Lead strategy, planning, and execution of a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio, driving revenue through donor, sponsor, and volunteer engagement. Manage relationships with constituents to move them through the donor pipeline, while overseeing logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery. Develop strategies to grow participation and align partners with broader organizational engagement opportunities. Monitor performance against goals to optimize revenue and return on investment, coordinating cross-functional partners for successful brand-aligned event delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of fundraising experience, and ability to attend evening and weekend meetings remotely or in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years successful experience in fundraising and relationship development
- Must be able to attend evening and weekend meetings, events and programs either remotely or in-person depending on the portfolio assignment
- Some lifting may be needed as part of event set up activities
