Job Summary
Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of Altruist’s event programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) across flagship conferences, regional events, and industry tradeshows to drive brand visibility and measurable pipeline impact. Own event budgets, timelines, logistics, vendor management, on-site production, and post-event follow-up; oversee one report and collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Content teams to deliver high-value programs. Define and track KPIs to optimize ROI, scale playbooks, and evolve the event tech stack for an AI-first, data-driven approach. Travel as needed; role is hybrid with three days per week in the San Francisco or Culver City offices. Required: 7-10 years of high-impact B2B events experience, ability to manage large budgets and multi-stakeholder programs, proficiency with event platforms (e.g., Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)."
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience leading high-impact events in a B2B environment
- proven ability to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility
- experience owning complex event portfolios from flagship conferences to hosted events and executive programs
- strong budget management skills with demonstrated ROI achievement
- ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external speakers
