Job Summary
Shape defining UiPath brand moments by creating world-class keynote and mainstage experiences through exceptional storytelling and live production. Lead end-to-end programming for FUSION Las Vegas and regional flagship events, managing speaker selection, content reviews, rehearsals, and on-stage support to ensure seamless delivery. Develop scalable "event-in-a-box" models and reusable assets to standardize global execution, while collaborating with Product Marketing, sales, and executive communications to deliver consistent customer journeys. Manage content timelines and cross-functional coordination from planning through onsite delivery, building repeatable operations that improve efficiency across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience producing large-scale b-to-b tech conferences or corporate events
- Experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content
- Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Experience using event management tools such as Bizzabo
- Excellent communication and executive presence
