Job Summary
Senior Manager, Estates, Registered Plans & Digitization leads large-scale operational modernization across estates, trust, registered plans administration, and enterprise document digitization. Delivers end-to-end project leadership of cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery, regulatory compliance, and support over $30M in annual revenue. Translates strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, manages interdependent workstreams, and drives change that enhances member experience and operational efficiency. Requires strong project management, transformation, and people leadership within complex financial services environments; role is based at the Vancity head office in Vancouver with hybrid on-site expectations for events and business demand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience within financial services operations, estates, trusts, or registered plans
- 5+ years of people leadership experience leading professional or specialized teams
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage complex project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
- Experience applying structured project or change management methodologies
