Job Summary
Develop and deliver the Real Estate Strategy across a growing network of veterinary clinics and hospitals. Own a high-impact property portfolio by implementing asset management strategies that inform decisions to retain, invest, expand, relocate, or divest sites. Provide senior property advice on acquisitions, portfolio growth, lease negotiations, due diligence, and complex estate matters. Partner with senior stakeholders and external advisers across multiple countries to lead transformation, shape property governance, and develop internal Estates capability. Manage external consultants and professional fee budgets while influencing estate development as the organization continues to grow.
Required Qualifications
- Significant senior estates management experience
- At least 10 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and practices across multiple European countries
- Strong property portfolio and asset management expertise
- Ability to develop strategies that support growth, investment, optimisation, relocation and disposal decisions
- Proven experience managing complex landlord and tenant matters
- Track record of managing risk and achieving value
- Experience supporting business acquisitions and growth programmes
- Property due diligence experience
- Ability to secure appropriate property terms
- Ability to advise stakeholders on property-related decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confidence to provide clear advice
- Confidence to present complex information
