Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives driving ERP platform ownership, strategy, and continuous improvement across Operations, Sales, Finance, and manufacturing facilities. Develop the ERP roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and manage deployment lifecycles including process validation, UAT, data readiness, and go-live support. Facilitate business process transformation workshops to standardize workflows, eliminate manual workarounds, and champion adoption of best practices. Partner with vendors and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, define reporting KPIs, and ensure data quality supports strategic decision-making. Build organizational change management strategies to align competing priorities and foster user adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, business systems, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
- Experience serving in a leadership role for ERP deployment, optimization, or platform ownership
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions
- Strong project leadership, facilitation, and organizational change management skills
- Experience building consensus among stakeholders with differing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required to support business initiatives and implementation activities

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operational workflows and how ERP systems support them
- Experience with data governance, reporting, business analytics, and performance measurement
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations and balancing local business requirements with enterprise standards
- Experience with manufacturing ERP platforms such as INVEX, Invera, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Plex, QAD, or similar platforms
