Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of equipment professionals accountable for the design, acquisition, deployment, operation, and lifecycle performance of equipment. Oversee equipment transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with internal partners, and compliance with company standards. Direct equipment projects across assigned business units, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while reviewing requisitions, invoices, and contracts for accuracy. Serve as the primary liaison with Legal, Fixed Assets, and other internal departments to resolve issues and maintain reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including KPI tracking, budget forecasts, and executive presentations. Own compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audit standards, and sustainability initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business objectives and provide strategic guidance on equipment selection and lifecycle decisions. Represent the equipment function in cross-functional projects and executive-level meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of Equipment management related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field with 3 years of Equipment management related experience and/or military equivalent with at least 2 of which being direct management experience
- Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences
- Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, pricing, and total cost of ownership
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Ability to organize complex information and manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions using sound judgment
- Ability to communicate clearly and present information to leadership

- Non Commercial Driver's License - Department of Transportation
- Fortune 500 experience
