Senior Manager Environmental Health and Safety

Job Summary
Lead development and implementation of HSE and sustainability programs across Asia Pacific to create a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. Drive risk reduction initiatives, monitor HSE performance with leading/lagging indicators, provide subject-matter ownership for tools, standards, and training, ensure ISO certification through audits, embed HSE accountability with leaders, obtain necessary HSE authorizations for new projects, oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis, and champion sustainability efforts including energy conservation, waste minimization, emissions reduction, and progress toward Net Zero. Serve as the Asia Pacific representative in global HSE matters, harmonize regional processes, and act as system administrator for HSE platforms (e.g., Velocity, ENHESA) while mentoring users and supporting inspections and audits across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering / Safety Science / Occupational Health or related technical field
- 7+ years’ experience in HSE
- Practical knowledge of HSE regulatory compliance and industry trends
- Experience in auditing from an EHSS perspective is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) are strongly preferred; CSP or CIH are an advantage
