Lead end-to-end theatre operations across front and back of house for Crown Melbourne theatres and entertainment venues, driving operational performance, stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement. Oversee planning, resource coordination and execution of entertainment projects, champion service innovation, and mentor leaders to build a high-performing team culture. Bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in entertainment, theatre or large-scale venue operations
- Strong financial, planning and performance management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
