Job Summary
Lead end-to-end activation of CVS Health’s soccer sponsorship portfolio, including NWSL, USSF, and club teams, translating strategy into year-long activation plans and ensuring contractual rights and assets are fully leveraged. Develop innovative activation concepts that bring CVS Health’s brand purpose to life across Brand, Media, and Communications; manage cross-functional collaboration and agency partnerships; track KPI performance and ROI to optimize sponsorship impact. Role supports remote or hybrid work within the US, requiring strong program management, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in enterprise sponsorship activation. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Pays range: $82,940 - $182,549 annually plus bonus/equity incentives."
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, or integrated marketing
- Experience managing partnerships with leagues, teams, or major properties
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
- Experience executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
- Experience leading agency and external partners; ability to provide strategic direction and accountability
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with soccer properties (NWSL, USSF) or related organizations (preferred)
