Job Summary
Senior Manager, Enterprise Finance & Analytics will drive enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning; develop and maintain financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses; analyze operational and financial performance across business units; provide insights and recommendations to leadership; support preparation of materials for executives, lenders, boards, and pension committees; enhance recurring reporting processes and automate finance workflows; partner with finance, IT, and operations to improve data accessibility and analytics infrastructure; develop enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks; evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled finance processes; participate in plant visits and operational reviews to strengthen business partnerships, and lead safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, or other analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business operations beyond financial results.
- Experience working with large data sets, financial systems, and business analytics tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or operational business experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance.
