Job Summary
Trusted advisor who enables the GM with the diverse portfolio of work, supports EE leadership and budget management, prepares materials for Board and Executive communications, drives governance and risk practices, and leads initiatives to streamline Enterprise Enablement with a focus on AI adoption and automation. The role requires strong stakeholder management across ASX, ability to operate in ambiguous environments, and leadership in onboarding, coaching, and developing team members. The position supports flexible working arrangements, including hybrid models, and requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with experience in Australian financial services or capital markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience within Australian financial services, capital markets, or securities exchanges
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management or operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships including senior executives and teams
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing Board and Executive-level reports and presentations
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritise requests and work independently
- Experienced in managing confidential information
- Extensive MS suite skills
- Nice to have Atlassian tooling experience
- Experience with AI tools and adoption
- Experience with risk systems
