Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide communication strategies, messaging, and plans that support business objectives and organizational priorities. Serve as the owner of employee communications, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization while providing strategic counsel to senior leaders. Manage the enterprise communications calendar, lead town halls, and execute large-scale change initiatives to ensure a coordinated employee experience. Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to strengthen employee connection, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in engagement. Develop Power Systems-specific communication strategies that align with brand standards and corporate objectives. This role reports to the Director of Communications and requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field with 8+ years of progressive experience. The position is located in Glendale, WI, with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive communications experience within corporate, employee, internal, or enterprise communications
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale communication initiatives and programs
- Experience managing enterprise communication platforms and communication calendars
- Change management and employee engagement communications experience
- Experience supporting executive communications and leadership events
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, or technology organizations is preferred
