Job Summary
Senior Manager, Enterprise Change responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise change management for large-scale transformation programs within Transport for NSW. Delivers strategy development, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, communications planning, centralized change reporting, and post-implementation reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Contributes to the Centre of Excellence and Change Community of Practice, and coaches leaders and change professionals to enable sustainable people-centric change adoption across the organisation, including Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, policy and safety initiatives, and enterprise-wide enablement. Requires extensive experience in regulated and high-risk environments, executive-level stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a matrix, hybrid work environment. Tertiary qualifications in change management or related fields and professional certifications are highly regarded.
