Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary
Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide technology, application, and data architecture strategy across Bollinger Shipyards. Lead the establishment of architectural standards, canonical data models across key business domains (projects, cost, labor, materials, schedules, operations), and integration patterns for ERP, MES, PLM, engineering, procurement, and operational systems. Drive modernization initiatives for legacy and internally developed applications; ensure readiness for analytics, cloud, automation, and AI; develop current-to-future state roadmaps; provide governance and architectural oversight for major technology initiatives; lead architecture reviews and standards adoption; partner with executive leadership and IT teams to align technology investments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or systems architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Deep experience with ERP and enterprise systems
- Strong data modeling and database architecture expertise
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or complex operational environments preferred
