Job Summary
AI strategy and governance for driving Adobe’s Enterprise AI native Sales organization, spanning end-to-end AI for Sales vision, cross-functional collaboration, governance protocols, and field capability; responsibilities include defining AI lifecycle, portfolio decisions (build-vs-buy, intake, prioritization), change management, and scaling from pilots to enterprise-wide impact; requires 5+ yrs in AI strategy or digital transformation, hands-on AI fluency, executive storytelling, and Bachelor's degree (MBA strongly preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy at a top SaaS or AI-native company, or AI/digital transformation leadership
- Hands-on AI fluency with working knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks
- Excellent executive communication, capable of distilling complex topics for CXO audiences
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model risk, data residency, and enterprise AI governance
- Willingness to travel ~20–25%
