Senior Manager, Enrollment Operations

Senior Manager, Enrollment Operations responsible for helping the enrollment organization run smoothly and efficiently with high-quality standards, focusing on performance analytics and reporting, monitoring and improving operational workflows, and leading cross-functional projects to support launches and data opportunities. Will collaborate with enrollment leadership to ensure enrollment teams have the right data and tools, perform audits and dashboards maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in staffing and enrollment processes to better reach and enroll patients nationwide.
