Job Summary
Snowflake is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Data Infrastructure to lead the Snowhouse Foundation team, responsible for managing a globally distributed data warehouse. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in distributed systems
- 5+ years of experience in building, managing and leading teams
- Strong track record of delivering large scale and resilient distributed systems
- Extensive and strong development experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in distributed systems and databases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Learning is a plus
- Strong hands-on skills in complex system design and implementation
