Job Summary
Senior Manager, Engineering – Cloud Infrastructure leads multiple engineering teams focused on building and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure solutions. Drives Kubernetes-based orchestration to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across Relativity’s platform. Collaborates with product and architecture teams to design and implement containerized solutions, and advances observability, automation, and continuous improvement practices while ensuring security and regulatory compliance. Fosters innovation, ownership, and inclusive collaboration within the engineering organization and partners with leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
