Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional generative AI-focused software development team, integrating LLM APIs and agentic AI capabilities into existing web applications and software platforms. Enhance applications with autonomous decision-making features to optimize business workflows while collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to refine requirements and accelerate development using generative AI tools. Deploy and manage scalable applications on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, ensuring security and reliability, while staying current with advancements in LLMs and cloud technologies to improve platform capability.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as LangChain, .NET (C#) and TypeScript, including React.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience integrating LLMs and agentic AI systems into web applications, with a focus on automation and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
- Experience deploying scalable AI-driven web applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with integrating structured and unstructured data for knowledge bases and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Strong team leadership capability with experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to troubleshoot AI integration challenges.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering and data teams.
- Eagerness to stay current with advancements in generative AI, agentic AI and related technologies.
- Software development or engineering team leadership experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying scalable web applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI APIs and AI-driven solutions into applications.
- Solid background in full-stack development.
Desired Qualifications
- Cloud infrastructure management experience is desirable.
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related discipline preferred.
