Job Summary
Senior Manager Engineering responsible for leading and managing the design of airport engineering systems, including MEP, life safety, ELV, and utilities across airport development projects. Provides technical governance, consultant management, and cross-functional coordination from concept through handover. Ensures compliance with international and local standards, codes, and regulations; integrates sustainability with LEED and Estidama; develops scopes of work, BOQs, DBRs, GFC packages, and technical specs; coordinates HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, Lighting, Drainage, Architecture, Civil, and Structural engineering; reviews submissions and manages risks, design conflicts, and non-compliance; drives project delivery, stakeholder engagement, change control, and continuous process improvement; leads consultants and quality management; promotes value engineering, lifecycle cost optimization, and facilities management integration; emphasizes health, safety, risk management, and alignment with airport master planning and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (full-time) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or equivalent accredited qualification.
