Job Summary
Senior Manager Energy & Industry – lead energy and utilities consulting engagements, coach consultants, and contribute to business development and sales support. Work on assignments such as market studies, process improvements, investment decision making, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection. Requires a Master’s Degree, at least 8 years of utilities consulting experience, and a strong energy market viewpoint. Fluent English and Dutch required; German is a plus. Must be self-starting, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing teams. Opportunity to work from home, the client site, or our Amsterdam office in a hybrid setup within an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in consulting within the utilities industry
- business network at relevant energy companies
- strong English and Dutch verbal and written skills (German a plus)
- self-starting, entrepreneurial and flexible with skills in managing teams
- ability to monitor market trends and adapt offerings
