Job Summary
Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations - EMEA responsible for designing and scaling the regional employment lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, compliance, and inquiries across multiple European countries. Own Workday processes and data integrity for the EMEA population, ensure country-specific compliance, and drive lifecycle transactions and benefits support. Build and lead the in-region operations team, partner with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, PBPs, and other functions, and shape an operating model that leverages AI to reduce manual work and improve speed and quality. Define a 6- to 12-month roadmap, align with global process standards, and deliver scalable lifecycle processes that work across jurisdictions. Champion automation, documentation, and a strong employee experience while maintaining compliance and data governance; thrive in a fast-moving, multi-country environment and contribute to a global people operations strategy.
