Job Summary
Senior Manager, Electrical & RF/Wireless Engineering responsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic equipment, parts, components, and integrated circuitry for complex, high-performance hardware systems; analyzing electrical requirements; leading RF/wireless network design activities including link budget, coverage/dimensioning, frequency planning and interference analysis; applying expertise in digital, FPGA, DSP, power, antenna, and control systems; may utilize high-level programming for configuring programmable logic devices; leads cross-functional teams, shapes operational plans, and supports development of new concepts and technologies. Travel up to 10% and eligibility for future Security Clearance required; role is onsite in Simi Valley, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Specialized skill sets including digital, FPGA, DSP, CCA, power, and control systems and/or experience with RF and antenna systems
- Ability to complete up to 10% travel yearly, domestic or international
- The ability to obtain and maintain a future Security Clearance is required for the role. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship
