Senior Manager - Electric Power Materials Leader

Job Summary
The Materials Leader –Electric Power will lead the Electric Power materials organization to continuously improve service, delivery, cost, and inventory, while supporting growth, NPI, and business transformation. Key accountabilities include strengthening the S&OP process for supply, capacity, and inventory, modeling scenarios, risk management, and aligning plans with business demand and financial commitments. Lead master planning, ensure material availability for new production, MRO/repair, and NPI, drive standard work and digitization, and oversee a team of master schedulers and materials professionals. Partner with Commercial, Programs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate demand into executable master schedules and supplier readiness plans. Drive inventory performance improvements, provide structural inventory reductions, and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects to improve delivery, cost, and working capital. Strong executive communication, cross-functional influence, and analytics/ERP proficiency are required. This role includes a U.S. export-controlled information requirement and relocation support, with GE Aerospace emphasizing leadership, transformation, and a commitment to FLIGHT DECK principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED with significant relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations, Materials Planning, and/or Supply Chain)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Materials Planning, S&OP/SIOP, and/or Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated experience leading S&OP/SIOP processes with clear responsibility for supply, capacity, and inventory
- People leadership experience managing managers and/or senior professionals, preferably in an industrial or aerospace environment
