Job Summary
Develop and execute cutting-edge education programs by tracking industry trends, conducting member surveys, and collaborating with planning committees to design relevant content. Manage program profits and losses, create detailed budgets, and track revenue to ensure financial goals are met. Lead event implementation as the primary FMI lead, overseeing project timelines, staff activities, and cross-departmental collaboration with marketing and logistics. Recruit and manage sponsors, negotiate speaker contracts, and coach presentations while conducting post-program evaluations to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a primary liaison to members, providing consulting sessions and maintaining regular contact to address their needs.

- Minimum of two days in the office per week during the four-day period
- Every Friday will be a remote workday
- Required to be in the office for a minimum of three days per quarter for all-staff In-Service days
