Job Summary
Senior Manager, Education responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of multi-media education programs and events for Mortgage Broker-Owners, Mortgage Loan Originators, and Motto customers. Designs and delivers mortgage technology and product education (live and self-paced seminars, annual conferences, self-paced online tracks), manages LMS and learning materials, ensures quality and accuracy, analyzes engagement and feedback to guide new programs, and hosts education events. Requires knowledge of the mortgage brokerage lifecycle, loan programs, disclosures, key mortgage players, and compliance requirements; travel approximately 30% domestically. Collaboration with education leadership and teams to maintain learning materials, course delivery, and reporting, plus cross-training with other educators. Must have proven experience in education or mortgage-related roles and the ability to translate business problems into course plans and data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a teaching or learning development role or job-related experience in the mortgage industry
