Job Summary
Senior Manager, Education responsible for strategy, development, and delivery of multi-media mortgage education programs and events for Motto Mortgage customers, brokers, and loan originators. Leads LMS management, course creation and maintenance, learning materials, and quality reviews; hosts education events and webinars; analyzes engagement and directs new learning initiatives; collaborates with the Education Director and team to ensure accurate materials for mortgage origination and marketing technology systems, with 30% travel and hybrid/remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in teaching or learning development or mortgage industry experience
- Experience as a corporate technology trainer and/or mortgage origination knowledge is preferred
- Proven ability to transform business problems into course plans
- Ability to design and deliver mortgage technology and product education for brokers and loan originators
- Availability for 30% domestic travel
