Job Summary
Own the Shopify Plus storefront end-to-end, including product setup, collection curation, site content, banners, promotions, and discount codes. Own the on-site subscription experience across product detail pages, checkout flow, subscription widgets, and the customer account portal. Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through testing and iteration across UX, merchandising, and customer journey; measure impact via conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchases. Manage ecommerce technology projects end-to-end using Jira, coordinate with internal dev resources and external agencies, and stay current on platform enhancements and best practices. Own the Shopify app ecosystem and evaluate third-party solutions to enhance site functionality. Maintain QA as the final gate before launch, monitor ecommerce metrics via Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. A data-driven builder with strong communication skills and a bias toward delivering measurable improvements in site performance and subscription growth.
