Senior Manager, EBM Platform Operations leading the safety, soundness, and operations of applications across the EBM tech platform; accountable for upgrades, resiliency, incident/problem management integration, DR planning, proactive monitoring, and operational dashboards; collaborates with solution designers, vendor partners, and in-house teams; drives measurable improvements in platform reliability and performance across a large, complex shared services environment; requires strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, experience with Site Reliability Engineering tools, software development and operations, and the ability to manage relationships across internal and external teams; background check required; attractive salary and benefits; hybrid work model with 2 days in office.
