Job Summary
Oversee raw materials through finished goods inventory and ensure control and compliance of inventory processes for all USCAN sites. Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Audit, and Illumina Digital Services teams to maintain inventory accuracy, organization, and analysis. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and material control systems while establishing strategic directions for Inventory Control functions. Ensure SOX compliance through cycle counting, inventory adjustments, segregation of materials, and 3PL reconciliations. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy, resolve system stock discrepancies, and advocate for system enhancements that improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years of related experience
- 3-6 years of Management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in inventory controls and inventory management
- Comprehensive knowledge of distribution & warehousing processes, controls and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and audit processes and activities
- Strong understanding and experience with ERP and WMS systems
- Proficient with business systems, data management and Microsoft office
- Ability to lead & develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgement within established guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge & experience of medical device regulations a plus
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Principles
- SAP preferred
