Job Summary
Develop and lead select service offerings for KPMG's automotive clients while building strong business relationships to deliver high-quality, client-centric solutions. Effectively manage commercial and contractual aspects of engagements to achieve expected client satisfaction, quality, and profitability. Identify new opportunities within existing and new customer bases, contribute to quotation preparation, and coach junior team members on their development journey. Work closely with colleagues across other service areas to address industry-related challenges through digital, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Report to the Head of Automotive Management Consulting and report to the Head of Automotive Management Consulting. Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, this role requires a Master's degree and 8-12 years of experience in management consulting and the automotive sector. The recruitment process is temporarily paused during summer vacation weeks and resumes in mid-August.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience
- Management Consulting experience from a top tier firm
- Proven track record of selling and leading large-scale projects
- Managing cross-functional team
- Solid experience from the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of sales within the Automotive Sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
