Job Summary
The Director of Maritime and Security Services will oversee the daily operations and growth of the division's non-defence business, ensuring compliance with Company QMS. Responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, preparing and tracking departmental budgets, reporting progress in management meetings, and engaging potential customers to secure new business. The role requires providing mentorship and leadership for staff, managing contracts for proper execution, and conducting required training.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic and growth view of the business
- Business sense and ability to convert opportunities into businesses
- Ability to engage and manage key stakeholders and ST Engineering management
- 5 to 8 years experience in leadership roles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in navy, MHA or commercial maritime in leadership appointments
- Qualifications in adult education preferred
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance within six months of joining
