Job Summary
Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business to align with growth objectives and drive implementation. Establish effective growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis, addressing user needs and pain points across markets to enhance product usability. Build a user risk control and quality management system, identifying high-risk user profiles and driving the refinement of risk control models. Maintain strong data sensitivity by establishing a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework, producing analytical reports and actionable strategies to guide product upgrades and business direction. This role requires 7+ years of experience in internet finance or blockchain, proficiency in Chinese and English, and is based in Singapore with a focus on global P2P operations within OKX's crypto ecosystem.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages
