Senior Manager - Direct Tax

Conduct direct tax advisory by researching facts, statutes, judicial precedents, and treaties to prepare memos, reports, and presentations on withholding tax, transfer pricing, and international tax. Handle income tax proceedings under Sections 143(3), 201(1A), and 133(6), while representing clients before authorities in Search and Survey proceedings. Finalize income tax returns, tax audits, and TDS filings, including obtaining lower deduction certificates and managing assessment submissions. Prepare Transfer Pricing Form 3CEB and studies.
