Job Summary
Supervise and coach a team of Care Navigators delivering whole-person support to kinship families, foster youth, and transition-age youth while overseeing the deployment and quality monitoring of a new chat bot feature. Manage day-to-day operations of the Care Navigation model, ensuring high-quality, relationship-based service delivery and integrating frontline practice insights into evolving service frameworks. Establish workflows, set performance expectations, and monitor key indicators for responsiveness and engagement across service regions. Partner with engineering and design teams to refine AI-assisted tools, ensuring alignment with data privacy and lived-experience-centered standards. Lead regional resource mapping and maintain relationships with community partners to expand support networks. Generate learning memos and analytics reports to inform program evolution and broader systems change.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in child welfare, social services, human-centered navigation, or related direct service fields
- at least 2 years of supervisory or program leadership experience managing frontline teams
- personal or professional experience with the child welfare system or other social impact work
