Job Summary
Lead digital transformation initiatives for major financial services organizations by designing roadmaps, implementing AI and automation solutions, and acting as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders. Drive scalable adoption of Agentic AI, process mining, and low-code technologies while ensuring safe, compliant end-to-end process optimization. Manage complex delivery projects, coach consultants across seniority levels, and independently acquire new business opportunities to expand the client network. This Senior Manager role within KPMG's Digital Process Excellence team focuses on translating innovation into tangible business impact across finance, HR, and other sectors. You will leverage expertise in Lean Six Sigma and digital strategy to lead high-performance teams and initiate new use cases within the Digital Stack.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde WO-masteropleiding, bij voorkeur op het snijvlak van bedrijfskunde/economie en technologie
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in consultancy en/of vergelijkbare advies- of transformatierollen binnen grotere organisaties
- Aantoonbare ervaring in digitale transformaties, projectmanagement en implementatietrajecten
- Expertise op het gebied van technologische en operationele procesverbetering
- Een aantoonbaar en sterk (klant)netwerk en het vermogen om kansen te signaleren en te verzilveren
- Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van professionals op verschillende senioriteitsniveaus
- Een enthousiaste en collaboratieve teamspeler met een growth mindset, die proactief bijdraagt aan projecten en gezamenlijke doelstellingen
- Ervaring binnen of met de Financial Services-sector
- Affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en motivatie om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
Desired Qualifications
- Opgedane ervaring in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Pensions en/of Private Equity
