Senior Manager, Digital + Tech Transformation Finance Operations, APEC (Contractual)

Job Summary
Document, review, and confirm APEC operational change impacts for finance processes linked to PMS, reservations, and payment system shifts. Serve as subject matter expertise for end-to-end finance systems including Peoplesoft, FIAT, and Opera Cloud, guiding deploying hotels through new business processes and cutovers. Lead validation of deployment resources, Land-It tasks, and critical knowledge transfer during Prepare, Ready, Launch, and Stabilization phases. Facilitate interactive workshops and webinars for property teams to ensure readiness from Day 1, while collaborating with cross-functional SMEs to resolve operational queries and refine deployment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance operations and digital operations
- Deep knowledge of existing dependencies between Opera S&C, CI/TY SFAWeb/One Source and other finance operations processes and systems
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or workshops to adult learners
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for workshop delivery
