Job Summary
Senior Manager, Digital Services at Lowe's leads growth, optimization, and operational integrity of the Digital Services Marketplace for assigned installed services categories. Owns development of new installed services programs from concept through launch by identifying high-potential opportunities, assessing technology level of effort, and validating service provider network capabilities. Focuses on optimizing end-to-end digital services experience, driving attach rate, maintaining data hygiene, and delivering against a digital services sales plan. Partners with Technology, Product, Services, Merchandising, Finance, Legal, and external service providers to ensure services are scalable, customer-centric, and financially viable. Responsible for developing and managing the digital services roadmap, improving service discovery, conversion, and checkout flows, and leading initiatives to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Leads, mentors, and develops associates to support Lowe’s mission, collaborating across Merchandising, Services, Marketing, and Support teams to execute improvements and close operational gaps.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, services, marketplace, or business development
- Experience developing and launching new programs or products in a digital environment
- Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver digital capabilities
- Experience working with external service providers or partners
- 5+ years of people leadership, directly or indirectly
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
