Job Summary
Senior Manager leads Digital Identity Services in India, overseeing governance, delivery, and shared-services across Identity functions. Acts as a strategic partner to global Identity leadership, driving standards, delivery excellence, and stakeholder experience while providing escalation and people leadership for India-based teams. The role encompasses audit/compliance, DevSecOps enablement, change/release management, business-process management, and identity enablement, with responsibilities that include talent development, driving efficiency and automation, ensuring demand triage and delivery health, and serving as a trusted liaison for global demand, product strategy, and delivery execution. The position requires leadership of cross-functional teams, alignment of standards and tooling, customer-centric continuous improvement, and collaboration with enterprise risk, security, and audit organizations; familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), ServiceNow, Agile/SAFe delivery, and matrixed organizational dynamics is preferred. The role should be flexible in shift timings to cover US time zones, and RTX emphasizes equal employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in technology, digital platforms, or identity-adjacent domains
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary, shared-services teams in a global delivery model
- Strong background in governance, delivery management, or platform operations
- Experience working with DevOps tooling, release processes, and enterprise workflows (hands-on expertise not required, but strong fluency expected)
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution
- Experience leading teams supporting global stakeholders
